Welcome to Eloré. We’re so honored you’ve chosen us to be part of your story. These Terms of Sale explain how we handle orders, payments, shipping, and returns. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Who We Are
Eloré is a jewelry brand based in California, USA. All sales are made by Eloré (“we,” “us,” “our”).
Our Jewelry
Each Eloré piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches. Because of this, no two pieces are ever truly identical. Subtle variations in color, finish, or texture are natural and part of the beauty of your jewelry. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but slight differences may occur.
Prices & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Sales tax will be applied where required by law.
The price you see at checkout is the price you’ll pay — we won’t change it after your order is confirmed.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and any other payment options available at checkout. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Eloré ships only within the United States.
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control, but we’ll always do our best to help track your package.
Risk of loss passes to you once your order is marked as delivered.
(We hope to expand international shipping in the future — stay tuned!)
Returns & Exchanges
We truly hope you adore your Eloré piece. If not, here’s our policy:
You may return unworn jewelry within 14 days of delivery, in its original packaging.
Custom, engraved, or final-sale pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Quality Concerns
If your jewelry arrives damaged or develops a defect within 30 days, please contact us at support@elore.com. We’ll do our very best to make it right — this may include a replacement, store credit, or another solution that works for you.
Jewelry Care & Allergies
Our pieces are crafted with care using high-quality materials, but jewelry naturally needs a little love. Please follow our care guide to keep your piece at its best. Please note that some individuals may experience allergic reactions to certain metals or coatings used in jewelry. We recommend reviewing the materials listed in each product description to ensure compatibility with your skin. If you have known sensitivities, please consult the information provided before making a purchase.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eloré will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your purchase. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
